Worker Injury Care

Primary Health Medical Group's occupational health program offers our employers an Occupational Medicine Report (OMR) which provides instructions concerning physical work restrictions, referrals, follow-up visits, safety precautions and provider comments. No more struggling to read a doctor's handwriting or trying to decipher specific instructions. Our computer system is paperless and all Occupational Medicine Reports are transmitted electronically within 24 hours of the patient visit.

Your employees may present to one of 10 locations for injury care (see Clinic Locations). We offer extended hours and weekend access. 

St. Luke's Idaho Elks Rehabilitation Services (SLIERS) are hosted at three of our clinic locations. This ensures constant, up-to-date communication between the provider and the therapist and provides the most effective and efficient treatment plan.
