The Clinic at Walmart

Primary Health Medical Group’s Clinic at Walmart is designed to provide you with a convenient opportunity to access quality health care at an affordable price. The care delivered in this clinic is provided by certified health care professionals, working under Primary Health Medical Group’s strict quality health care guidelines. The standards for this clinic are the same high standards that are in place in our clinics throughout the Treasure Valley.

The following types of services will be offered at the Caldwell Walmart clinic location:

Stay Well

• School, sports and camp physicals, annual adult screenings
• Vaccinations and immunizations including tetanus, flu, and childhood vaccination clinics
•     Diagnostic testing including cholesterol and diabetes screening, strep, tuberculosis and pregnancy testing

Get Well

• Treatment of basic illnesses including cold, cough, sore throat, sinus infection, ear and eye infection, bladder infection, flu, and seasonal allergies
• Skin ailments including rash/poison ivy, cold sore, eczema, wart removal and sunburn
• Other services including tobacco cessation, suture removal and strains and sprains

The majority of services will be offered at a set cash rate of $55. For those that have health insurance, we will bill your insurance company just as we do in every one of our clinics. You may be responsible for a co-pay at time of service, depending on your insurance (please contact your insurance carrier for specific details about your plan).
