Adult Immunizations and Titers
Primary Health Medical Group is now the only location in the Central District Health Department(CDHD) service area that offers Adult Immunizations and Titers on a walk-in basis without an appointment. The CDHD, previously the primary resource for Adult Immunizations in Ada, Boise, Elmore, and Valley County, has discontinued their Adult Immunization program as of March 1, 2009 due to budget cutbacks.
Primary Health Medical Group’s State Street Clinic is now the only location in the CDHD service area that offers these Immunizations and Titers on a walk-in basis without an appointment for patients age 19 years and up.
The following Adult Immunizations are now available at the State Street Clinic:
• Hepatitis B
• Hepatitis A
• Pneumovax
• Tetanus Vaccine
• Gardasil
• Menactra (Meningococcal Conjugate)
• Zostavax (shingles)
• Menomune (Meningococcal polysaccharide)
• MMR
• Varicella
• Twinrix (Hepatitis A/B Combo)
• Inactivated Polio Vaccine
• Tuberculosis Testing
• Tdap
The following Titers are now available at the State Street Clinic:
• Measles
• Mumps
• Rubella
• Varicella
• Hepatitis B
• Hepatitis C
• HIV
• Syphilis
Payment is due in full at time of service, however Primary Health Medical Group will assist patients with insurance billing and any reimbursement will be sent directly to the patient. Please call the State Street Clinic at 208-344-7799 for more information about Adult Immunizations.
