Dr. John E. White
Family Medicine

John E. White, M.D. has joined the Primary Health Medical Group Family Practice at the Overland Clinic. Dr. White moves to the Treasure Valley from a successful family practice in Ogden, Utah where he has been practicing for the past six years. After growing up in northern California, he attended and graduated from UCLA and UC Berkeley. He received his M.D. from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania after moving to the East Coast. He is happy to be back in the west.

Prior to medical school, he worked as a Doctor of Optometry (Optometrist). He worked in both Japan and China for several years and speaks a little Mandarin Chinese ("just enough to get by"). In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, Nicole 16, Julia 10 and Andrew 10. He also enjoys hiking, biking and reading.
